Where it began
Born in a village in Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. At eight, a new country and a new life in New Jersey.
Earning it
Working from thirteen. One of New Jersey's top public high schools, then Rutgers University, summa cum laude in Finance and Economics, all on her own effort.
The discipline
A start at EY in technology risk, learning to see what could go wrong in complex systems before it does.
The turn
She met a deeply personal health challenge head-on - and came back forever changed.
Operations worldwide
Today, Director of Operations at an international security and executive protection firm, coordinating missions across the US, Ukraine, Israel, Mexico, the UK and beyond. In four languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish.
Family first
Through all of it, family comes first. She has always looked after her parents.
What is next
Self-made, and clear about what matters. Olga is now building something of her own.
